Photo and Video Release for Events
By entering the Be the Change Today Foundation Charity Poker Tournament event today, all attendees grant permission to the Be the Change Today Foundation (“the Foundation”) and its authorized representatives and the sponsored organization and their authorized representatives to capture and use photographs, audio recordings, and video recordings for promotional purposes, including but not limited to publications, websites, social media, and promotional materials.
Attendees understand and acknowledge that the Foundation may use these media recordings to promote the event, document the experience, and raise awareness about the Foundation’s mission. Attendees do so with the understanding that there will be no monetary compensation for the use of these photographs, audio recordings, or video recordings.
The Be the Change Today Foundation respects the privacy and rights of all attendees and will make every reasonable effort to maintain the confidentiality of personal information and sensitive content captured during the event.
Attendees entering the venue implicitly agree to this policy and waive any claims to privacy regarding photographs and recordings taken in public settings during the Be the Change Today Foundation Charity Poker Tournament.
